The apartments range in size from approximately 49 m² to 92 m² and feature one, two, or three bedrooms. From compact and practical to spacious and comfortable—there’s plenty of choice to suit a variety of living needs. All housing types feature a private balcony, so you’ll always have a pleasant outdoor space right at your doorstep
Housing Type S
The S apartments are mid-range rental units ranging from approximately 49 to 53 m². They feature one spacious bedroom of about 13 m². These apartments are ideal if you’re looking for your first home.
The apartments are delivered with walls ready for painting. You also get to choose the flooring yourself, so you can decorate your new home to suit your personal taste right away.
Housing Type M
The M apartments are in the private sector and range in size from approximately 62 to 68 m². They feature two bedrooms, including a spacious master bedroom. The apartments are delivered with finished floors and walls, so you can move in and live comfortably right away. The bathrooms feature high-quality finishes.
Apartment Type L
The L apartments are private-sector units ranging from approximately 69 to 92 m². Depending on the unit, there are two or three bedrooms, including a spacious master bedroom. Most units also have a separate toilet. The units are delivered with finished floors and walls, so you can move in and live comfortably right away. The bathrooms feature high-quality finishes.
