Vredehout is really starting to take shape!
Great Progress on the Structural Work
Over the past period, work on the structural work for Vredehout has been in full swing. The concrete basement has been further filled in, the wellpoint dewatering has been completed, and the sheet piles have been removed. In addition, the ground floor slab has been poured, and the sand-lime brick walls for this floor have been installed.
With the pouring of the first-floor slab on June 8, 2026, another important milestone was reached. Vredehout continues to rise, and the contours of the future residential building are becoming increasingly visible.
On the Way to Its Final Look
Exciting developments are also planned for the coming months. Around the time of the construction industry’s summer break, the masons will begin work on the facade. From that point on, the building will not only grow taller but will also increasingly take on its final appearance.
With each construction phase, Vredehout moves closer to realizing an attractive residential environment where comfort, sustainability, and a pleasant living environment come together.
