Construction Update: April
In the previous newsletter, we mentioned that the building would continue to rise above ground level. This phase has now begun, and the progress of construction is becoming increasingly visible from the outside. The ground floor slab has now been poured.

The coming period is also packed with milestones! Next week, we’ll begin removing the sheet piles, which will mark the final completion of the basement’s structural work. From that point on, we’ll move forward with erecting the ground floor walls. The building will steadily rise in height; as things stand now, we expect to reach the highest point in December. A wonderful moment to look forward to.

Around the construction industry’s summer break, the masonry work will also begin, and that’s when the building will truly start to take on its final appearance. Bit by bit, the design is becoming a reality. A wonderful prospect!
