Vredehout is taking shape!

Construction at Vredehout is making great progress. Not long ago only the concrete basement and sheet piling were visible, the project is now truly beginning to take form.

Great strides in the construction

A great deal of work has been carried out on the shell construction over the past period. The concrete basement has been further filled in, the dewatering system has been shut down, and the sheet piling has been removed. In addition, the ground floor slab has been poured and the calcium silicate walls of this level have been installed.

With the pouring of the first-floor slab on 8 June 2026, another important milestone has been reached. Vredehout continues to rise and the outlines of the future residential building are becoming increasingly visible.

Working towards the final appearance

The coming months also have some exciting developments in store. Around the summer construction break, the bricklayers will begin work on the façades. From that point on, the building will not only gain more height, but will also increasingly take on its definitive appearance.

With each construction phase, Vredehout moves closer to the realisation of an attractive living environment where comfort, sustainability, and a pleasant quality of life come together.
