What it will be like living in Vredehout

Construction update

April In the previous newsletter, we mentioned that the building would soon start rising above ground level. This phase has now begun which means the construction is becoming increasingly visible from the outside. The ground floor slab has been poured!

The coming period will feature a ton of key milestones. Next week, we will start removing the steel sheet piling keeping the water out, marking the definitive completion of the basement shell. From that point on, we will continue with the construction of the ground floor walls. The building will steadily rise, and based on current planning, we expect to reach the highest point in December. A great milestone to look forward to.

Another milestone, around the summer construction break the brickwork will also commence. At this stage the building will truly begin to take on its final appearance. Step by step, the design is becoming a reality.
