On August 14th, residents, the architect, contractor Averesch, and the project team gathered to witness the demolition of the old building. The concrete structure was spectacularly demolished using hydraulic shears. This symbolic step brings the realization of 68 new rental apartments in the heart of Houtwijk neighborhood ever closer.
